Terms of Sale

All of Green man Leather’s (GML) products are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship which includes stitching. GML will repair or replace defective items within the warranty period. This does not include natural wear on the product. It is your obligation to retain proof of purchase for establishing the warranty period. No other warranties are made, expressed or implied.



Items ordered with options such as, decorative stitching, Hand tooling and custom orders etc. are considered “Custom” and are NOT returnable for exchange or refund. We ask and we receive as much detail as possible before starting your creative custom order. We will send you updates and if in question will email you images for your thoughts and approval. If you have any questions on what is or what is not returnable, then please call and ask before ordering.


Original or return shipping charges are not subject to refund or reimbursement. Returns made after the seven-day inspection period, not to exceed 30 days from date of receipt, will be accepted for exchange only! That is providing the item is both unused and in as new condition. After 30 days, all sales are considered final. Special order, custom items and all discontinued items are not returnable for exchange or refund.

Jack Saps

All Jack Saps are created to be struck on the side. We have never had a Sap owner unsatisfied! In order to ensure many years of use observe the following:

Never strike the Sap on the stitched seams or metal\concrete surface. You WILL weaken the integrity on the Sap. Our warranty won't cover natural wear or abuse of the sap. I'll offer a discount on your next order should the above occur
