How To Find Your Waist Size

To measure your width, start by using a flexible measuring tape at your naval as the starting point, run the tape around your waist until you reach your naval again. This will tell you what your waist size is. We will punch additional holes in the belt for 2 inches loss or 2 inches gain. If you wear your belt on your hips then measure with the measuring tape around the area you would wear it.
